Shad, I will look into the Nutrisystem diet. It sounds like it is a good diet, and will help to balance my meals proportionately. Thanks for the advice, hopefully we can both lose the extra, unwanted pounds!</description>

		<description>I'm on Nutrisystem. Some of it tastes bad, some of it tastes good, but the main thing is that it is portioned correctly.  I've already lost weight and would have lost more if I hadn't cheated this past week.  I know someone who lost a ton of weight using it and I hope to too.</description>
